Your gear is pretty good, but I would probably change
the axe and definetely change your talent build. This is the build I've been using and I'm pretty happy with
it (Besides the head and bow, which I'm going to replace soon, any suggestions?
For your talent build you should probably do BM or MM, though MM is probably better at this level.
