Enhaement is definately best for leveling and it's smart to swih to elemental at around 50ish.
Elemental owns in end game and is best for PVP for sure.

I just got mana tide on my shaman and I'm strugling to learn how to use it properly. When is the proper time to drop it? It's
not very good when you're oom and even dropping it at 50% seems to be living dangerously. Any information would be appriated.
I see what your guys mean but most resto shaman never drop it unless they are on a boss. I think its fine to drop as mh as you want safely in groups as long as you have done it ouple times and know when to save it for when tougher pulls or boss fights areomming up the only thing i would look out for is making sure your not the only one in group that needs it. Its quiet useful when you know an instae enough that you and your group are good enough to speed through it. Just my opinion. Link
